Loved to be here, the hotel was reasonably clean and quirky, the location was brilliant on the train line. The twin room was huge and brand-new with very comfortable bed. Accommodating service, though a few employees were pretty bad. I had good food for breakfast on mainly egg dishes. Thanks for a very lovely stay, recommend it.

All was tidy, I thoroughly enjoyed ideal staff and location. Nice view, a good balcony, big bed, too. It was located near the beach. Cosy reception. Such wonderful stay in an aesthetic hotel.

it made our trip to york an excellent experience. plenty of options for breakfast including bacon and eggs. we requested a triple room with particularly nice view and were completely satisfied. delicious cocktails, champagnes, tea and martini in the irish bar, paid parking place.
Some of the staff were overworked.

Fresh made breakfast and unobtrusive staff for very nice stay. Admirable service, extremely pleasant room and nice size bathroom. The location was quiet central, just a pleasant stroll away from york's chocolate story. Plus, free wifi was available.

Nice place with lovely stuff and rooms. Appreciated North South, it was short walk from the hotel and offered NICE treats.
